- We will send you with the confirmation of the booking a temporary password which is valid for 24 hours. After entering the password, you receive an info that your password has expired. Then you can click the "Request new password" button. By specifying your email address and your zip code you receive a new password.
- Please check for any spelling errors, these also include spaces or uppercase and lowercase letters. If login is still not possible request a new password by clicking the mouse.
- You find in our customer login an overview of the travel services booked. To this purpose you can pay your payments conveniently by credit card (Mastercard / Visa) or Miles & More premium miles.Moreover, you can fill out the necessary board manifest online and book additional services such as shore excursions and extras on board. You will need the reservation number of the tour operator.
