MSC Armonia
We did the same cruise last year at Easter.the city of Ancona is directly near the harbour there are many churches you can walk up the hill to the cathedral ,shopping area is near too . corfu , don\'t take the msc shuttle bus because there is the shuttle bus from the port to the center for 1euro 50 cents and you can walk in the city to see churches and monuments . Santorini take the tele cabin up to Fira , when you are out of the tele cabin turn right and walk all the way from a village to another with a marvelous sea view , and you can end up you day with shopping in fira or watching the sunset before you take back the tele cabin down . one advice for santorini on the ship they will give you a number , you have to wait in a line at 10 am , be there at 9.15 so that you can have the number 1 on your ticket , this is the tender boat ticket . for Piraus there is a metro ten minutes walk to the station , from there you should take the metro to monastiraki station.www.holiday-in-athens.com see here for the metro plan , its the green line Piraus to kifissia . print the metro plan and take it with you . from monastiraki you ca walk to the parliament to see the changing of the guards each hour 9.00 , 10.00 , 11.00 ........ You can also walk to the acropolis . if you speak english (which i hope you do because i would write all this for nothing ) you can ask somebody the way or take a map . Argostoli the city is near too , we had a walk near the see and shopping after . it was ok . the best of all is Kotor the old town is directly near the harbour , a must to do is to walk up the hill to the ruins of a castle , which you have all the way up a great view , like in the norvegian fiords , i would suggest that you do this first thing before you visit the old town . once you go in the old town neat the cathedral there is a restaurant ask there for the way or anyone else which way to go up , there is a small passage on the right of the cathedral and it is from there that you go up .
I hope my informations will help , by the way we enjoyed a lot the ship and the service was excellent !
Enjoy you cruise too
